A story that
begins in the soil.
Debsther's journey begins in the lush, sun-drenched soils of Ekiti, Southwestern Nigeria.
Nigeria is blessed with vast agricultural resources and thousands of hectares of arable farmland. Yet we discovered a difficult reality: producing food is only part of the journey. Getting good food from the farm to people's tables in the right condition is an equally important challenge.
Our agricultural journey began in 2017 with El Dorado Farms at Iye Ekiti, beside Omi Adeko. The 10-hectare farm began with cashew intercropped with cassava and pineapple and has since developed into a farm growing cashew, palm trees and pineapple.

Growing food
is only the
beginning.
A significant amount of food produced can perish before reaching the consumer.
We saw that processing, packaging and storage can become major obstacles between agricultural production and the people who need the food.
This raised an important question for us:
How can we preserve the goodness of naturally produced foods and deliver them to consumers in a form that is properly processed, carefully packaged, ethically sourced and traceable?
That question became the foundation of Debsther Natural Foods Limited.
